4. User Accounts and Registration

4.1 Account Creation: To access certain features of our Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

4.4 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

5. Credits and Payment

5.1 Credit System: Our Platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to access various services including AI consultations, market research reports, and expert consultations.

5.2 Credit Usage:

• AI Chat Session: 1 Credit per question
• Market Research Report: 25 Credits per report
• Expert Video Consultation: 25 Credits per hour
• Project Consultation: Quoted at actuals

5.3 Payment: All payments must be made through our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5.4 Non-Refundable Credits: Credits purchased are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5.5 Credit Expiry: Credits do not expire unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content: All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and AI-generated reports, is the property of Solbuggy Connect Private Limited and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

6.2 User Content: You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for the purpose of providing our services.

6.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or its content without our prior written permission.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

8. AI Services and Disclaimers

8.1 AI-Generated Content: Our AI-powered consulting services provide recommendations and insights based on available data and algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should not be considered as professional advice without verification.

8.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using our AI services or expert consultations.

8.3 Professional Advice: For critical business decisions, regulatory compliance, or legal matters, we recommend consulting with licensed professionals in addition to using our Platform.

9. Expert Consultation Services

9.1 Expert Network: We connect you with verified food industry experts for video consultations. Experts are independent contractors, not employees of Solbuggy Connect Private Limited.

9.2 Scheduling: Consultations are subject to expert availability. We will make reasonable efforts to schedule your consultation within 48 hours.

9.3 Cancellation: Consultation cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit refund. Late cancellations may result in credit forfeiture.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Solbuggy Connect Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from use or inability to use our Platform
• Actions or advice provided by third-party experts
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content or reports

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solbuggy Connect Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2 Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

16.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@foodconsulting.ai. Unused credits will be handled according to our Refund Policy.

16.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Solbuggy Connect Private Limited regarding the use of our Platform.
